Eerder in maart dit jaar waren duizenden gelovigen in het Entertainment Centre in Sydney, Australië verzamelt,
om de nieuwste Hillsong Praise & Worship songs te zingen. Naast bekende aanbiddingsleiders als Darlene Zschech,
Reuben Morgan, Joel Houston en Marty Sampson waren er optredens van een aantal nieuwe songwriters en muzikanten.
Het podium zag er piekfijn uit, er werd een gave sound gemaakt met puike melodieën, de verlichting was voortreffelijk,
de strijkers waren goed gearrangeerd en de organisatie verliep vlekkeloos. Toch was het meest opvallende
dat de artiesten allemaal gewone mannen en vrouwen zijn, die uit alle lagen van de maatschappij komen.
Ze leven in allerlei omstandigheden en hebben allemaal een uniek verhaal te vertellen.
Alle verhalen bij elkaar vormen de teksten van de 13 songs van de nieuwste CD (18e) ?Faith,
Hope & Love? van Hillsong. Het geloof temidden van persoonlijke omstandigheden met hoop in Jezus voor de toekomst en uit liefde voor een ander.
Tijdens drie weekenden werd de schitterende pop rock muziek van dit nieuwe Hillsong hoogtepunt opgenomen.

but it's as solid and reliable a collection of modern rock-infused spirituals as anything the collective
has put out in the past. The 13 songs that make up Faith + Hope + Love run the gamut from rousing ("For Your Name") to plaintive ("Yahweh"),
all with the same heavily orchestrated panache, resulting in a collection of semi-futuristic gospel music
